Standard questionnaires are designed to assess the performance of an organisational area (process, organization...). Once the questionnaire has been validated and put into use, then the process is as follows:
- The questionnaire is customised to be adapted to the context of use (introduction for the participants, selection of the participants who will carry out the evaluation...) by yourself or a person you designate, called SERVICE MANAGER.
- Participants WHO ASSESS the targeted organizational area are invited to do so by sending them a login web link.
- The participants WHO ASSESS conduct the assessments of the target organizational area by answering the questionnaire.
- Once all the participants WHO EVALUATE have responded, the SERVICE MANAGER can see the consolidated results.
