With this type of questionnaire, each question is scored with N scores as following:

  • A fixed number of dimensions is defined (N)
  • The questions always have N answer choices
  • Each answer choice is scored by the participants
  • Answer choices for all questions must be in the same order since each choice represent a fixed dimension
  • In the results report scores are displayed for each dimension; there is no consolidation between the dimensions (e.g. no average)
  • The results are consolidated at each level of the hierarchy: question, subcategory, category and total (e.g. subcategory score=average of questions scores, for each dimension)
  • All the questions from the same module must be of this 'multi-dimensional' type
